Winzenried&#8217;s &#8220;Tram to Sorrento&#8221; and the N.E.<br \/>Wadeson collection, depicts a Baldwin locomotive with a 3-foot 6-inch gauge (B\/N 9086<br \/>or 7556) being transported by road, reportedly pulled by 18 horses.<br \/>The locomotive was moved from the defunct Sorrento Tramway to the Loch Valley<br \/>Timber Company in Noojee sometime between 1921 and 1923 for logging operations.<br \/>It is identified as a Baldwin 0-4-0, constructed in the late 1880s.<br \/>The purpose of this relocation was to transfer the locomotives from Sorrento&#8217;s seaside<br \/>tourist operations to the heavy-duty timber hauling in the Noojee region.<br \/>The remains of the locomotive, including a rusty firebox and other components, can be<br \/>found near the beginning of the Loch Valley Tramway along the &#8220;Ralph Cornwall Walk&#8221;<br \/>in Noojee.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This historical image, featured in A.P.
